Neil came to sort out a problem with our boiler as we had been let down by another company that we have used for over 5 years who told us he couldn't help us after having a very quick look at the job. Neil came out the same day, had a look and sorted the problem out in less than an hour, explaining what the problem was, which was so simple. Thank you Neil. We will be using NW Gas from now on.

I first contacted Neil about an issue with my gravity fed system not working properly. He had a look and gave me the option of fixing it with new parts or replacing it with a new combi boiler system. Weighing it up, I went with the combi boiler and had a tidy and professional installation from Neil in 2 days. He is quick to answer any questions, and was happy to help resolve some leaks that were unrelated to his work but revealed by the new system pressure. My taps have a lot better flow, and my shower is working much better with no need for the noisy shower pump. I can highly recommend NW Gas Services for heating installation, plumbing repairs, and plumbing advice.
