   We wouldn't use anyone else for taking care of our heating and boiler. Finesse are incredibly nice people to deal with, from the office to the engineers. The service is second to none, we have just had our annual inspection and, as always, we're very satisfied with the care and expertise. Tom, our engineer, turned up on time as promised. As always, he was cheerful (even at 8am), very thorough, clean, and respectful to our property. Thank you, we will definitely use Finesse again, and would have no hesitation in recommending.

   After having problems with our boiler making really loud awful noises for several months and after visits from another company who couldn't resolve the problem, it was such a relief to get Tom who spent 4 hours getting to the bottom of the issue. He replaced the necessary parts and made a very tidy job. The boiler has run perfectly ever since. All my future plumbing and heating jobs will go to Finesse. Great, responsive team who know their stuff - thank you.

   E-mailed Finesse on sunday, got a phone call back at 0830 on Monday morning and engineer came the following day, and this for a non-urgent repair! Diagnosed the issue really quickly, sourced a spare part soon after and fitted it there and then. No mess, no bluff, no fuss, just really good service and reasonably priced. Highly recommended and we'll be coming back!

   I recently contacted Finesse then having been recommended to me on our village WhatsApp site. I???m delighted to say how excellent their service was from end to end. I thought my dripping tap in the kitchen and the constant trickle in the cistern of the bathroom toilet would be too small a job for them, but was told instantly that such was not the case and that they would certainly be willing to undertake such work. They told me which engineer would do the work and when he would arrive to do the work. He arrived promptly and due to the tap I???d ordered not having arrived, arranged to come back later to do the job. It arrived the next day and they duly arrived and completed the jobs efficiently having also sourced an obscure part for me for the bathroom cistern. Mark and Lee, the two engineers who did the work between them were both excellent. Finesse undertake work across the entire spectrum, from dropping taps to whole heating systems. Altogether a great company to deal with. I recommend them without hesitation.
