I have used Lee at Heat and Water Ltd again for my annual boiler service and landlord gas safety certificate , and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. As a landlord, it's important to know that everything is safe, compliant, and in good working order for our tenant, and Lee takes care of this professionally and efficiently. He completed the annual service, carried out all the necessary checks, and provided the certification promptly, giving me complete peace of mind. His communication is always fast, clear, and reliable. From booking the appointment through to completing the work, everything is straightforward and hassle-free. His pricing is very competitive, with no hidden costs or unexpected surprises, which is something I really value. Lee is knowledgeable, professional, and available for a variety of plumbing and heating jobs, making him my go-to contact whenever work is needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heat and Water Ltd to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable service. Highly recommended.

Have used for a number of years now, to do our annual boiler checks, a great service

Lee did a boiler service and fixed the issue with the toilet. Great service and very professional. Excellent price for both jobs to be done. Would recommend ????????

We have used Heat and Water many times of the years for servicing and general issues. I cannot fault the services they have provided. Same level of service today when Lee fixed a fault on our boiler. Would recommend Heat and Water without hesitation.

Just had our boiler replaced and a full system pressure flushed. Lee is exceptional, takes pride in his work and everything is done to a very high standard. I love getting a full invoice and seeing the full break down of price. Thank you so much Lee, you have gone over and beyond over the last few days and your hard work is fully appreciated.
