We have used Empress heating since they first started out and have always been completely satisfied with their work and prices and have recommended them to family and friends. However we thought we had a leak from a radiator pipe which was buried in the floor so we got in touch with Empress and they said they would come on the 21st of this month at 9.15 but that was later changed to the 20th at between 9.15 and 9.30 the lad turned up at 9.53 with a thermo heat camera and straight away stated that he hadn???t used one before, he directed it at the floor for a couple of minutes and said he couldn???t see anything and said it may be coming from somewhere else so decided to have a look behind the kitchen appliances which meant that the kick board had to be removed to allow the appliances to be pulled out. I got the lad a couple of screwdrivers out of my garage to save him going back to his van, he removed the 2 screws that held the kick board on and I pulled the washer out and he pointed out that the filler pipe was leaking and turned the valve off ! He asked if we wanted him to replace the pipe but I declined the offer because it was a straightforward job. I asked what I owed him for the work and he said he hadn???t been long and the company MAY invoice us. He left the house after spending only 21 minutes from arriving to leaving ( I checked on our ring camera) and later that day we got an invoice for ??72 ! I rang Empress and there was no answer so left a message to querying the amount charged. I got a call back this morning from a gentleman from Empress who abruptly told me that was a ??? diagnostic charge??? so I told him we would pay the bill but wouldn???t be using them again and he said ??? that???s ok???and hung up ! Terrible attitude and very bad customer service! To add insult to injury the ??72 charge went up to ??73.45 because we paid card !!!! Dick Turpin wore a mask !!

Hi there just want to say how impressed I was with the replacement bath panel put in yesterday. It was worth the money. The job was done in an earlier time slot which was to my advantage. The young person was very helpful and polite in her approach to the job and cleared up afterwards. So my score is definitely ten out of ten! ????

From initial contact and survey/ quotation through to installation and aftercare, Empress Heating have surpassed expectation. Having dealt with Pete and Jon for survey and installation and Jax and Dannon in the office, everyone has been friendly, professional and courteous throughout. Install of our new boiler by Jon was spot on. Arrived promptly, advised of accurate arrival time by text on the morning. Job site left clean and clear, all features of the boiler and Hive explained, nothing was left out. Follow up visit by Pete to ensure we were happy, that the boiler was properly registered etc and explain our points of contact for aftercare, servicing etc. Great service throughout and happy to recommend to anybody.

I recently had Empress Heating in to do some work, and I'm genuinely so happy with the result. When I was getting quotes, theirs wasn't the cheapest, but I trusted my gut that they were the best company for the job???and I was right. They ended up being fantastic value, going above and beyond to be resourceful and skillful. They even sourced a larger radiator for me at a cheaper price. It just goes to show that while price is important, a company's expertise and integrity are what really count. But what truly set them apart was their amazing attention to detail. My home used to be a Victorian butcher's shop, and they took great care with the original woodwork. Instead of cutting or damaging it, they cleverly bent and shaped the new copper pipework to follow the lines of the old features. They even checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with how everything looked. The whole team was friendly, tidy, and always on time, which made the entire experience a pleasure. I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone who wants a company that not only gets the job done but does it with genuine care and craftsmanship.

If you need a new bathroom don???t shop around use Mia for your design at City Plumbing and Empress Heating for the installation you can???t go wrong and you definitely won???t be disappointed.
