Just had my mums warm air system replaced, and they did a wonderful job. An A1 job throughout this included speedy installation, clear communication and tidying up after themselves. Brilliant job from start to finish. From our experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Fantastic service received from Tom at warm air. When my elderly mum???s heating packed up (during a cold snap!) Tom stepped in to supply and fit a new system for her. He was really helpful and explained the alternatives in a clear and easy to understand way. He provided a detailed quote, which had no hidden extras so was the same as the final invoice and he was able to complete the work within a week from first contact. His workmanship looks neat and tidy and involved new components that had to be housed in different cupboards etc so new piping was also involved. Tom also took and disposed of the old unit and he left the house spotless??? you???d never have known he???d been here. Finally, because I???d had to take my mum home with me (250 miles away) as she???s too old and vulnerable to be left in a house with no heating, we arranged everything remotely which involved a high degree of trust on both sides and Tom is totally trustworthy. He also provided short tutorial videos via WhatsApp to explain how everything worked. I would definitely recommend Tom and would also use him again. What a great service from a great bloke.

I was blown away by the outstanding customer service from my initial enquiry with Tom to him completing the job. We needed a replacement furnace for our warm air heating system. We aren't local but through emails and videos of our existing system Tom found us the perfect furnace and had the old one taken out and the new one installed in a single day. Cant recommend this company highly enough.
