Needed new oil combi boiler for our home,rang RIx heating services for a quote, Jon Atkinson arrived, talked us through what we need, listened to us, we wanted easy to use simple controls. Excellent service. Engineers arrived days later Mark and jamie, highly professional men, combi boiler outside perfectly situated, they removed all the old, which was located in chimney, under the floor, in loft and bedroom. They removed all the old from our home left no mess. Highly recommend RIX HEATING SERVICES

Recently we suffered from continuous boiler lockout. Called the office and the team responded with an engineer the following day which was convenient for us. Engineer arrived and painstakingly carried out diagnostic checks revealing some deeper issues. All duly fixed by replacement parts carried on the van. Very impressed with the professional response of the engineer who was very polite. Cannot recommend RIX highly enough both engineer and office back up teams.

Just had a new boiler, relocated to loft, additional radiator fitted, also work wad carried out to rectify a bodged job we can done previously by someone else..Marc,Jamie, and Tony did a fabulous job, we are really happy with the work carried out, also the customer service , wont use anyone else now, Thankyou very much

Thee best. We kept getting let down by other companies in our are for about 3yrs. We were recommended to Rix, they came, serviced our boiler, did a great job and weren't expensive. Year on year they come around the same time without us having to call them. Brilliant ????????
