Staff very nice and helpful. Nothing is to much for them

ordered the parts by phone and picked them up in the afternoon very helpful staff and had some banter with another customer

Fantastic service. Helped me out with no bother.Had the parts that I needed straight off the shelf

Great bunch here, very knowledgeable. Was advised by a " heating engineer ", that I needed a certain part for my Ideal combi boiler. The guy at express said I doubt if it's that part, and advised me of two other possibilities, so I bought all three. It was the guy from Express who was right, not the so called heating engineer. I got a proper engineer to come and fit the part, who said he would have diagnosed the same part as Express.

Truly excellent service. Boiler in a care home had burst a rare hose, and without these guys could have been out of action for far longer. Many many thanks.
