Shaun services my boiler. He explained all tests and results throughout and even showed me what and how he looks and insects the boiler. Very highly recommend.

Shaun came this morning to do our boiler service. Over the years we have had it serviced but no one has done it so efficiently as Shaun. He checked the gas meter, then full checks on the boiler including taking the case off and checking all the inside of the boiler. He even took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He then took the time to explain how to fill the boiler up if we ever needed to. I cant recommend Shaun enough I feel confident now that if there was something wrong with the boiler I would have an idea and will now continue to use Shaun for all our boiler needs!

Nothing less than Excellent service. Had an emergency with an error on the boiler. Shaun arrived the next day and resolved the issue very informative and knowledgeable letting us know exactly what had happened and why. Very happy with the price Highly recommended.

Shaun came out to see us after we'd spent 3 days with no heating or hot water. He was super friendly and efficient and was able to quickly work out the problem with our boiler, fully advising us at every step and explaining the issue and what he wanted to do to fix it. He went straight out to get the required part for us, came back, fitting it and fully tested everything. Absolutely brilliant service and I'd fully recommend SV Gas!

Shaun came to do the regular boiler check for us. He was very polite and friendly. He explained the processes and the data collected. He also shared some safe tips and reminded us things to keep an eye on. Thank you Shaun for your great and professional service. Strongly recommend.
