They took the time to clearly explain what was causing the issue and talked me through the work that needed to be done, which I really appreciated. I received a quote the very next day, and it was excellent value for money. Even better, the job was completed within three days, exactly as promised, and to a very high standard.    Excellent service, attended within an hour of me calling, diagnosed the issue and rather than calling back fixed my boiler straight away! I did have a spare PCB which obviously helped, but can't fault the service received, polite and efficient. Only charged for his time while attending with no emergency call out fee.    Phoned the company early Saturday morning with boiler failure problem. Toc answered immediately and arrived within the hour. They easily fault diagnosed and rectified the fault, including traveling to get new boiler parts. From phone call to completion was no longer than 90 minutes and throughout he was polite, friendly and professional. Toc explained exactly the issue and the solution within minutes of arrival, his work ethic was exceptional and I felt that MY boiler problem was of great importance to him which he ensured was rectified in the shortest time possible returning much needed warmth to the house at an excellent price. Toc is now my first point of contact for future boiler/gas problems and I cannot recommend his skills and values highly enough. Thanks again Toc for your Stirling work.

   We had a heating and plumbing emergency early on a Sunday morning. Toc responded to me immediately with a time he could call out. Toc was friendly, informative and got straight to the solution. It was a short job and Toc was exceptionally fair, he didn???t charge any call out fee. He left us with a plan and assured us he???d come back out if we had any further issues. We would highly recommend Toc and he will be our first point of call going forward.
