Richard was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable about oil boilers. Our boiler broke down 2 days ago. He got to work straight away. He found the problem very quickly. He had to order new parts ,which arrived today [ Saturday 7 Feb] He arrived this afternoon and completed the repair very efficiently and successfully. Great job , reasonable price price and very professional. Thanks very much Rich. Not met the guy before, but really wish I had. He.is also very genuine and trustworthy. 6 star service. ???????? We've had problems with a pair of Firebird boilers since they were fitted 5 years ago, which neither the original installer, nor any of the other heating engineers I called, could get to the bottom of. Richard came out on the same day I called him, spotted multiple problems with the set up and was back the next week to sort it. They've been running great since. This guy really knows what he's doing. Don't give up on your Firebirds until you've tried Richard!

Richard was excellent, He knows his boilers inside out. Diagnosed an issue with our firebird boiler (that had baffled another engineer) in a matter of minutes. Then went on to quickly fix it very quickly and efficiently. Really impressed

Installed a new central heating oil tank. Did a really smart, professional job. Everything completed to a very high standard. Also excellent telephone support and after service. Very highly recommended.

After googling an oil boiler engineer due to a fault with my boiler I got Richard who not only came out the same day (no call out charges) but was honest and went out of his way, fixing an ageing boiler that no longer has parts available and pointing out other faults that needed addressing. He also arranged a replacement tank at a great price all within a week. Thorough, trustworthy & courteous I can???t recommend this company highly enough.
