Less than 1 star. Do not recommend to have a power flush done by this tradesperson. He has never bothered to clean my header tank. Two month later this tank is full of brown water and a white jellylike substance floating. He has also been late that day (1-2h late) Left the machine running unattended for 4h (I know you can because the chemicals are doing the job) but he probably went on another job and came very late to finish mine. He promised to finish the job around 3pm but he left my place after 6pm. Confronted with what I wrote above he wanted to try and charge me for coming out despite 1 year warranty which he claims to give for his labour. Easily to find on his website terms and conditions

We had a leak from our bathroom that was dripping through our kitchen ceiling. Rino came out and repaired the pipe, and didn't charge a fortune. - very efficient, very pleasant young man

Professional and friendly. I had new kitchen tap fitted. I will definitely use their service for future jobs in the house. I do recommend.
