Raphael came out to assess my boiler a day after calling him. He then ordered the part needed and gave me practical advice to help. The job was completed efficiently and quickly with good communication. I would recommend hiring him.

My boiler had been making a very loud high pitched noise for a couple of weeks. Raphael came out the next day to assess it and very shortly after, replaced it. Whole process was very quick, reasonably priced and the job was thorough. The communication was excellent throughout the process. Would highly recommend Raphael for boiler jobs.

I recently moved home and was experiencing problems with my gas boiler. Raphael came out next day to see it it (Friday) and explained what was wrong. I had the choice to repair or replace. He replaced it on Monday with minimum disturbance to myself. I would highly reccomend him to friends and family. He is very professional, a clean and tidy worker and also a lovely person.

Boiler stopped working and displayed an error code. Google suggested that PCB is likely at fault. Phoned Rachael in the morning and got his visit in an hour. He confirmed that PCB is fried, fetched a new PCB for this specific model and fixed the boiler in the afternoon, all reasonably priced. He also identified the reason why the fault could develop. Highly recommended.

Editing to leave a second review here. Returned my business back to RKS after being highly impressed with the first boiler fix. I was advised this fix would get me through the winter but had an opportunity to do the full replacement that was advised as part of the original fix (boiler was approx 20 years old so it was time). New combi boiler and Hive system was installed in one day and some additional extra pieces of free advice and minor fixes were also done. RK is everything you want when you don't personally know that much about gas or plumbing. Explains things clearly, prices his work very fairly (and delivers top quality within budget) and suggests areas that may need some future attention and why. I can't recommend him highly enough. Outside of quality and professional service, he is also a lovely bloke. Review 1: Boiler repair: Very impressed with the service and communication. I had tried contacting a few other engineers in the area for a boiler repair and service and had a bad experience, no call backs when promised, missed appointments. I contacted RKS and an appointment was booked for the next day, full explanation of things that were wrong, and non-pushy but excellent advice on longer term care after resolving my issue. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!
