Excellent service from Shield Plumbing and Heating. Our original appointment was just to have an outside tap installed, but when we mentioned we also needed a new gas hob fitting and some help installing our oven, they kindly rearranged their schedule so everything could be completed in the same visit. That level of flexibility and customer service was greatly appreciated. Despite all the roadworks and road closures around our area, they still arrived as promised and kept us informed throughout. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently, and to a very high standard. Everything was tested properly, and they left the area clean and tidy when finished. Friendly, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shield Plumbing and Heating and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing or heating work.

I purchased a new cooker and needed it connecting. Shield heating and plumbing were fantastic. They turned up a few hours earlier than expected and proceeded with a very smooth and professional set up. I was given a step by step breakdown of what needed to be done and information about the cooker itself. Very much recommended and I will be seeking their services again for any gas and water needs. Thank you so much!

Brilliant service from Shield Heating & Plumbing. Installed a new combi boiler and removed the old system with no issues at all. Everything was done neatly and they took the time to show me how to use the controls. Highly recommend for any heating work.

Had Shield Heating & Plumbing out for a boiler installation and couldn???t be happier. Very professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly and left the place clean and tidy. The heating is working perfectly now. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable gas engineer.

Such a brilliant friendly and highly skilled gas engineer. I'm always a bit anxious when tradesmen are needed to come to my home due to awful experiences in the past but Conner is such a lovely reassuring and personable engineer. Having bought a slightly troublesome home recently, with several issues which worried me silly, he put me at ease immediately with his open friendly manner and answered any questions I had in detail to ensure I wasn't worrying and fixed all the issues. It's a pleasure to have him as my gas man. He takes such care explaining what he is doing so I don't worry and nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely lovely man. I won't go to anyone else now for servicing the boiler and future work on my home. Highly recommend , especially if you are female and feel nervous of tradesmen.
