I cannot rate HMW any higher, five stars seems somehow not enough. Shane is professional, courteous and provides a quick response with highly qualified efficient service, and the customer always in mind. Thank you Shane.

I highly recommend Shane at H M W Heating Services. His pricing is very competitive, and his service was exceptional from start to finish. He responded to my enquiry promptly, and quickly arranged a convenient date for the work. Throughout the job, he was polite, meticulous in tidying up, and took the time to thoroughly explain each step he was taking and why. I'll definitely be contacting him again for all my future gas work.

Shane is a professional and very experienced plumbing and heating engineer. I requested a quotation for removing a couple of radiators. He responded promptly with a competitive price which was accepted. The work was scheduled for today. Shane sent me a message to advise he was on the way and he arrived promptly. He then looked at the job and ensured all was as advised. He put dust sheets down and carried out the works without any issues. Tested and ensured all was in order before leaving. I would recommend Shane to anyone looking for someone to carry out works to their heating system. A quality engineer in my opinion.

I needed the clips that secure a couple of gas pipes replaced on an outside wall. I emailed a few local companies but only Shane replied. He gave me a price for the job and we arranged a date for him to call. He arrived promptly on the day and set to work. I found him to be friendly and efficient. To my surprise he charged me less than he had quoted as the job was smaller than he thought. I can highly recommend Shane to anyone that is looking for a gas safe engineer.

Shane has been incredibly reliable over the years we've known and used his services. He is a top bloke, who ensures a thorough job is done. He has serviced our boiler every year since we've lived in our house. Compared to other companies, he is very reasonably priced which is great. Highly recommend Shane.
