Said he would call back after checking out a part that was needed. Never heard from him again. He didn???t fancy doing the job or was too difficult for him. Waste of time and zero professionalism to have the courtesy to communicate

I had an issue with my boiler which meant cold mornings, I Phoned Alan Scoffield Thursday afternoon, a very pleasant lady answered and I told her the problem, Expecting some time next week for a visit, just hold on a second she said, I can get an engineer out to you in the morning,(superb) Friday morning arrived, I got a text to say that the engineer was on his way (8.05am) Job done all finished by 9.00am. Well done A D Scoffield.

Excellent service. Booked a boiler service and also requested some issues with central heating be sorted at the same time. Although not urgent a visit was arranged promptly at my convenience. The engineer was very pleasant and helpful and completed the boiler service and resolved the central heating issues. Communication was very good and and I thought the charges were good value. I would recommend.

Fantastic service from this company. Minor DIY disaster saw me drill through central heating pipe. I was able to drain everything quickly but an engineer came out very quickly (next afternoon) to sort out. An absolute blessing as the new carpet was due next day!!
