Oil Boiler Service Review I recently had my oil boiler serviced by Andy and Dillon from Grosvenor Heating Services, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, their customer service was exceptional. They were prompt in answering my questions and provided a clear overview of what to expect. On the day of the service, the technicians (Andy and Dillon)arrived on time and were very professional. They thoroughly inspected the boiler, checking for any issues and ensuring everything was running efficiently. They took the time to explain what they were doing and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me most was the technician's attention to detail. He not only cleaned the system but also made recommendations for improving its efficiency and longevity. The service was completed quickly, and I felt confident that my boiler was in great shape for the winter. Overall, I highly recommend Grosvenor Heating Services for anyone in need of oil boiler maintenance. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Not the cheapest quote but that is a good thing - you really do get what you pay for in this instance. Andy & the team are extremely trustworthy, polite and tidy. They go the extra mile explaining clearly what options you have when making modifications, make sure you're happy with the plan rather than just doing the quickest/easiest solution & show you what's been serviced and why. Don't usually post reviews on here but they've definitely earned some positive feedback.

This is their head office, not a showroom, get in touch and they'll come to you. Wonderful to see some old fashioned professionalism and customer service coupled with a sound knowledge of the latest in heating systems. Recommended.
