Contacted Matt over 2 years ago for a boiler repair, since then he has serviced our boiler. Excellent service from a most genuine gas engineer. I would never hesitate to recommend T.E.D. So efficient and knowledgeable and reasonably priced

5 Stars for Matt! I was booked in for a boiler service after another company let us down. He was very punctual, polite and informative. He got on with his job with no hassle and was very efficient. Will 100% being using Matt again. Very reasonable pricing also!

Matt has just finished a service on my boiler and gas fire. I've never had such a thorough and efficient check on my gas boiler. He was very reasonably priced, courteous and let me know when he was on his way. I would have no problem recommending his services.

Matt was prompt and very friendly and polite. Did a really good job fixing my gas fire. Explained every thing he was doing and completed all the necessary checks required when dealing with gas. He was also very careful not to leave any dirt on my carpet bringing plenty of covers with him. I will definitely ask him to do all my services in the future and would happily recommend him to anyone. His prices are also very competitive, so I am happy to pay for a job well done.

My boiler broke down and Matt responded on the same day. He was very thorough and didn't cut any corners. Reasonable price. All work done was fully explained and shown. Highly recommend. Excellent customer service.
