Andy fixed the leak coming from the washing machine back hose and copper feeder pipe. He was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable as well as very reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Andy came out within the timeslot he said. He was professional, reliable and reasonably priced. He took a call last night despite being preoccupied with a family emergency. He gave great advice on the phone. Definitely recommend and wouldnt hesitate in calling him out again. I was given an whats app eta tracker. It was brilliant.

Andy came out within just a few hours of me calling as a result of a boiler breakdown. He was transparent all the way through the fault finding process and that the solutions offered worked for us. Done a superb job, ultra competitive price wise, offered great and honest advice and is a lovely guy - we won't go elsewhere now. Cheers Andy.

Lakes Pkumbing and Heating provided excellent service. Andy Lake was punctual, professional, and went above any beyond by offering helpful advice on how to potentially fix the issue myself via Whatsapp before even arriving at my home. When he did arrive, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. He explained everything clearly, showed me what he was doing, and made sure I understood what was happening. He was also really friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I appreciated his willingness to help me troubleshoot before resorting to a repair. The price was good. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Lakes Pkumbing and Heating to others.

Andy is amazing. He has done work in our house and our rented property and always does a great job. He is really quick when it???s an emergency so I know it will be sorted. He has fitted and serviced both boilers, carried out work on bathrooms and all work has been carried out professionally and with a smile. Great guy and great business
