Excellent thorough Gas Safety check today by Kyle. A job that could have been done in 30 mins , took over 2 hours , as his service work was excellent. Would recommend to anyone they contact Alpha , especially Kyle. Thank you.

John from Alpha did a great job fixing gas leak in my flat. He went out of his way to fix a tricky to find leak. Really professional and I would highly recommend

Excellent overall experience. Staff booking an appointment were great and engineer was exceptional... thorough, friendly, clean working, explaining the problems found on my boiler etc. Said he'd been with company for ten years which I take as a good omen! ???????? Going to use alpha for the service going forward.

booked an appointment in for Friday 18/02/2022, a week in advance, the appointment was between 12pm and 2pm had a phone call 20mins before 2pm to say the engineer could not make it as they needed to attend a gas leak.. (they must of thought of the worse case emergency) tried to re-arrange to Monday only to be let down again as they were fully booked. I would of thought as this was not due to my own doing they would of tried to do something to fit us in considering we did wait a week for the appointment!!! had never used these before, had seen the vans around so i thought why not, now i know why not.... Very disappointed as would of been a new customer, unfortunately i cannot comment on the workmen ship as they didn't turn up in the 2 hour window they gave me.. so on to the next plumbing service.. Shame
