Good communication around the visit, and boiler was serviced with no problems at all. Shaun was happy to help out with another query and to fix the door on my meter. First time I've used Heating Care, and definitely will use them again.

Our first service for our Ideal Air Source Heat pump and we were very happy with the work carried out by Shaun. Shaun turned up at the agreed time and took the care to service the system thoroughly, as well as adjusting the system to improve its performance.

What a treat! my heating is working! I have an air source heat pump and went on to Octopus's Cosy Tariff - that was the easy part...the hard part was done brilliantly by Laurie of Heating Care Dumfries... he worked efficiently on my main control box and then, the absolute pinnacle of his success was his, and now my mastery of my thermostat.... this tiny box had been my nightmare since my heating was installed ..now it hangs peacefully on the wall and I smile at it while feeling cosy! all thanks to Heating Care Dumfries... their service is simply the best!

Prompt approach to reported problem and high level of communication keeping me fully informed at each stage. Friendly, experienced, competent, honest work force. I highly appreciate, respect and highly recommend this family run business. Larraine
