The team at Greenfields are always helpful. They not only service my ground source heat pump but have been a useful source of knowledge and advice in the past. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Professional service is easy to deal with and does the job well. Far superior to the previous cowboys. Plumber Robbie diagnosed the problem accurately and he tried all he knew to fix it. I really appreciate that, even if it was 'unfixable'. He gave really clear explanations of the issues and had the patience to explain the his workings. The new heat pump installation went smoothly with Robbie and Nigel who went the extra mile to complete the work on time. The office backup of Jess, Rachel and Sarah are excellent at the admin side so all goes smoothly including the provision of extensive documentation for the new system. I would be happy to recommend Greenfields based on my experience.

Excellent response from Greenfields to a leak just before my holiday, William was really helpful and Sarah too. Thanks Greenfields ????

I have worked with Greenfields for many years in both my business and home. Their customer service is exceptional and I can highly recommend them.

Greenfields recently fitted an air source heat pump and some new radiators for us. Their customer care, especially response time to queries is second to none. The team who fitted the system were always courteous, pleasant and helpful. We are delighted with the installation and highly recommend them. Huge thank you to Greenfields, especially lovely Jess!
