Work on the bathroom was great was not impressed by the billing system

The last 2 years, I???ve had the same guy from this company arrive to undertake my gas/boiler safety check. He is rude and all he manages to do is comment on issues around my house that do not concern him. He even said my dog was too much. It???s my dogs house mate, not yours. Disgusting attitude.

Wouldn???t recommend to anyone a had water in my oil tank took them a week to get parts and a so called competent worker ( under warranty) left my 7 month pregnant wife myself and our 7 year old without heating or hot water finally came to sort it fixed the boiler replaced the old tank . we???ve had nothing but problems with this boiler that they fitted its only 4year old drained the tank and put it in an ibc left it here for a week to settle came back today told my wife they need the ibc and they put it back in to the old tank water and all . Save yourself the hassle and don???t choice watsons there company is full of cowboys I also know 3 other People that use watsons and they have problems all the time aswell wouldn???t recommend ????????

Had this shower of crooks involved in my new kitchen fitting for the sink and washing machine. Tried to bill me for hours not worked, had to have them back twice to fix issues on a simple job, they have also left me with a new pipe they fitted not secured to the wall so banging. Not to mention the rip of prices compared to others. Stay well clear of these cowboys.

Did an online quote for a new boiler. 30 mins later i got a call from them appointment made for a couple days later for them to come look and see exactly what needed done. Booked in for the following week to get it fitted. Done within 2 days. They filled all the guarantees out for the new boiler so didn't even have to do that.
