Just be careful when someone is driving your van with a trailer in excess of 80mph down the M74 (just because its night, your sign written van can still be read by many)

10 minutes to service a boiler that had numerous faults (not fixed). I had no hot water for 3 weeks, went to another company and ended up replacing the full boiler. I suspect they wouldn???t fix it because the landlord was refusing to part with his money.

Called Wednesday morning..within half an hour someone turned up .all was explained..price quoted for new boiler. Thursday morning someone turned up put new boiler in... great service ./tidy...friendly service...

Poor service provided! my impression of this company is that it is all about the money! You have to chase them for everything my previous service provider spent 30 mins or more servicing my system Stuart Kennedy now it's 10 minutes - that not enough time to take the cover off. Office staff are rude!!

Boiler controller not working. Came out same afternoon and replaced it with a minimum of fuss and a reasonable price. Thanks!
