Couldn't ask for better - Dan has done an excellent job. He is easy to contact, punctual, knowledgeable and prepared to put in extra effort to help out. We recommend him without hesitation.

Finding great, helpful, personable and genuine trades people is a complex business! (*Spoiler alert - HVH Gas is exceptional). Reviews for work people online can mix between genuine reviews and people recommending their mates and family (note, this is a genuine review!) Some work people say they'll turn up but just don't, others don't even respond. Daniel at HVH Gas is the opposite of this! He has consistently got back to WhatsApp messages promptly and is always friendly and helpful (going the extra mile too). Excellent work, very genuine, explains what he's doing if you're interested and works hard too. Very fair pricing and quotes for work, explains any extras, then does exactly what he says. Cleans up completely after work and turns up when he says. If you look back over reviews (I did, before I messaged), you'll see this is a consistent pattern. So, to go back to the start of my review, if you're looking for a great, helpful, personable, genuine gas and plumbing engineer, give HVH Gas a shout.

Enquired via email if Daniel would be available to fit a floe device to my static caravan and also do the gas safety certificate, once the park re-opened and I was able to drop the floe off there. Daniel booked me in once I notified him I had dropped it off, notified me the day before that everything was in order to go the next day (so that I could inform the site he would be coming), and he turned up when he said and completed the job. Also checked over a couple of other areas I had highlighted. Left the caravan immaculate and extremely pleased with the service received all round. Absolutely would recommend and will definitely use again in the future

We recently had our boiler serviced and safety checked in our static caravan and was very impressed with the overall experience. Dan arrived on time, was polite and professional throughout and conducted a thorough inspection, checked all safety aspects and ensured the boiler was working efficiently. We really appreciated how he took the time to answer our questions and offered helpful advice on how to maintain the system. The work was completed neatly with no mess left behind and everything was tested before he left to ensure it was working properly. He also set up a reminder and will be contacted 4 weeks before our next service is due. Overall we would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a reliable and professional boiler service engineer. Great service and excellent customer care.

We had an issue with our hot water. We contacted Dan who was able to come and see us the next evening. He was extremely helpful and professional and was able to fix the issue when he visited having the part required in the van. We were very impressed with the level of service and the price charged for his services. It's great to have met Dan and now feel we have found someone we can trust to help with any heating related issues. Thanks again Dan
