Annual boiler service for last couple of years, careful, polite and competent. Will definitely keep using.

Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him. He came round to service my boiler and investigate a gas pipe that was preventing the installation of an oven and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service. The boiler has been serviced before by other engineers, but this was by far the most thorough service I???ve experienced. He took the time to properly check everything and explain what he was doing along the way. It actually made me realise that previous ???services??? I???ve had may not have been nearly as detailed. He also investigated the gas pipe issue affecting the oven and clearly explained the situation, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he shared some very useful information and practical tips about maintaining the boiler and gas appliances going forward.

I highly recommend you use this man for urgent interventions as well as regular maintenance. I was freezing cold in my home without heating, the boiler wouldn't start despite receiving a signal from the Hive controller. I called him on a Saturday night and he showed up 15 minutes later sharp, he just did the thing with no fuss and without having to come a later day. He left me with a warm house and before leaving he even checked and adjusted some radiators.

I contacted Aslan Heating who responded very promptly, and kindly offered to come out within 24 hours, even offering to attend late in the evening. However luckily he identified that the problem could be solved via a quick video call and was able to solve the problem this way with the help of his clear instructions. I would not hesitate to contact him again if another problem arose or for a boiler service. Thank you!

Aslan has been several times to our home and has always provided excellent service! HIs response time is so efficient and I would not really ever want to employ another plumber! Polite, very efficient and very well mannered! Recommended without any reservations! Outstanding!
