Plumbbob did a great job sorting out a problem with our heating system. Our system failed to start on a Saturday morning, a cold Winter morning. We rang them and they were able to fit us in the same day. Fantastic communication via phone and email.

We called Jon out a few weeks ago to investigate what we thought was a leaking pipe behind our washer. Turns out it was a loose valve, which he tightened and then didn't charge us for the visit. We then called him back out, along with his apprentice, to do a routine boiler service and certification, as well as reseal our kitchen sink and ensuite shower. The work was done promptly and smoothly, with a full explanation of what they were doing throughout. They were unfailingly polite, cleaned up after themselves and left my home as tidy as it was when they came in. They do really good work for high value. Could not recommend them more!
