A huge thank you to Bex, who was amazing from start to finish. After two previous terrible experiences, with other companies, you genuinely saved the day. Your communication, organisation and customer service were exceptional, and it was so appreciated. The team repaired our boiler and, although the bill was substantial, there was a lot that needed putting right. We???d previously been ghosted by an engineer who left the boiler in an unsafe condition, followed by a dreadful experience with British Gas. In comparison, AD Heating Solutions Oxon were a breath of fresh air. The engineers were knowledgeable, honest and thorough, explaining everything clearly and making sure the boiler was repaired safely and properly. AD heating solutions were very good when attending our boiler service , they found two problems with our boiler , after speaking to OVO energy who provide our boiler insurance , the parts were ordered same day . And after a quick phone call they were back the next day to fit them ,no fuss or problem . We highly recommend

Excellent service from start to finish. The engineers who carried out the boiler and appliance servicing were professional, friendly, and very efficient, completing the job to a high standard. The admin team was also very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Overall, I am very happy and will definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Had our 3rd annual boiler service by Elliot from Ad Heat. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He quickly identified some issues with how the magnetic filter had been installed and recommended remedial action which is due to happen very soon. He also mentioned what a good company it is to work for, and how Daniel, the boss, values his staff and treats them really well. This was really good to hear, and helped me feel that I'd made a good choice in selecting this company to supply our boiler back in 2022.
