I???m extremely pleased with my new boiler installation. The team were friendly, professional and helpful throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. They also fitted an outside tap for me, which I really appreciated. I wouldn???t hesitate to use Radiant Heating Services again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Radiant heating have been looking after our home since we moved in 7 years ago. The service is always efficient and genuine. We were considering installing a bigger radiator for our open plan area as the one we had didn???t fully do the job, radiant came to quote and let us know that we actually had a second, hidden heater that we had no idea about and so didn???t need an upgrade in the end. Can???t get more honest than that! Our annual boiler service is very easy to schedule and the communication from the office team is always excellent. Thank you

These guys at Radiant are really top notch engineers. Polite, respectful (always take off their shoes), knowledgeable. Jessica in the office is great too. Always answers promptly and sends pleasant emails. Couldn???t recommend them highly enough.

Not generally something I'd do but credit where credit's due. Our boiler failed on Sunday. After a couple of known contacts couldn't help, I contacted Radiant on a recommendation (and subsequently recommended by one of the known contacts). Left a message on Monday morning. Jess called back promptly, laid out their rates up front and organised an engineer to attend in the afternoon. Engineer Russell fixed it and was informative, polite and considerate about shoes etc. Happy to recommend Radiant on this experience. (And nothing but praise for Radiant on our village website when I posted something about this experience on there.)

We have had a new oil boiler and radiators fitted by Radiant heating. We are extremely pleased with the installation. The two ROB???s always arrived when they said they would. The work was carried out methodically with no detail spared. They work was completed with the minimum of hassle and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was left neat, tidy and clean. They were very professional but friendly and approachable. We would be very happy to recommend them to family and friends and have already been singing their praises.
