Charlie did an excellent job replacing our failing heating system with a new boiler and hot water tank. From the initial quote through to completion, he was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us fully informed throughout the process. The work was completed on time, to a very high standard, and at a very competitive price. We???re extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled heating engineer. We???ll definitely be using him again for any future plumbing and heating work.

Just had new radiators fitted by Charlie, from the first point of contact we were given a quote that was more than reasonable. As soon as we said yes we arranged a date convenient for both of us, no pressure from Charlie. Charlie turned up early morning at the time he'd told us, leaving our house tidy once finished. He's also serviced our boiler and changed our stopcock tap in the past few months. A great, friendly guy. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service once again from Charlie of Express Plumbing and Heating. Charlie did a few small plumbing jobs for me, replacing some taps and checking and fixing some pipes leading to the washing machine. He is so professional, communicates well, is on time, takes great care with his work, explains things well, and all for a really reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

Charlie provides a friendly, efficient and professional service at a good price. We booked Charlie to sort out a leaking isolator valve and to replace an external tap as our current one wasn't up to scratch. He texted me when he was on his way arrived on time (actually a little before the booked time) and carried out the work in a tidy and professional manner. After he sent an invoice which matched what was agreed. I am not sure what more you could want from a plumber and we will be using Charlie for any plumbing work we have going forward.

Very pleased with Charlie and all the work he did, everything was excellent all the communications , price, workmanship and tidyness. I would definitely recommend and will use him again for any plumbing jobs. We had a radiator fitted in our conservatory on 5th November, on the day Charlie was very prompt and just got on with the job. He had to pop down to our local Wickes for a part and was not even gone 10 mins. When he came back I offered him some lunch but he'd already eaten in the van but thanked me for the offer. Thank you Charlie I can now sit in our conservatory and not freeze in what was an ice box.
