Huge thanks to Dan (Jorvik Bathrooms) and Rich (Watermark Plumbing Supplies). It's the second bathroom they've replaced for us and another fantastic transformation. The newly reconfigured bathroom feels bigger, brighter and better all round. Rich made designing the new bathroom easy with lots of ideas and suggestions to make best use of the limited space we had. He made the process simple and the designs make decision making easy. I'd recommend them every time.

We had a brilliant experience with Watermark, really helpful with the design of the bathroom, excellent quality products and great installation with the plumber Andy Kelsey. Incredibly happy and will definitely be going back again. Would highly recommend.

We booked a show room appointment with Richard Wheeler to agree the design of our new bathroom and pick out the items we wanted to go in it. Richard was great to deal with and took the time to explain all of our options. He did not rush us and took us around the show room multiple times as we tried out various baths and shower cubicles until we were happy with our choices. Our bathroom has now been in for 3 months and we are absolutely delighted with it! We would highly recommend Richard, he is very knowledgeable about the products he is selling, his design skills are second to none, nothing was too much trouble.

Watermark Plumbing Supplies York was highly recommended by Dan from Jorvik Bathrooms, who completed a full refurbishment of our main bathroom and fitting of a new shower and sink in one of our en-suites, and we were not disappointed with the quality of the bathroom fittings that were supplied and fitted. From the home visit conducted by Rich at Watermark Plumbing York, to the advise and guidance on how best to complete the design we wanted, to the production of the CAD drawings, and the customer service provided in Watermark???s showroom York on the types of bathroom fittings that were available and best suited our aspirations, was outstanding! Rich is obviously a master of his trade, with advice and guidance offered in abundance throughout the whole process in which fittings were right for the job, additionally, the discount applied to both our final invoices was a real bonus and proved great value for money! Our experience with Watermark Plumbing Supplies was a most impressive and positive one, and would undeservedly recommend to any potential customer!
