The guys were very helpful, came out very promptly and arranged an electrician to come out free of charge when the fault found was electrical. Would recommend

Jack and Josh redid our ensuite from a bare shell, preparing thoroughly with new backing boards before installing the tiles and fittings that we had bought ourselves. They were careful and regularly touched base with us as the work progressed, so we always knew what was going on and when things were going to be done. We'd been let down by another firm who had done another ensuite and bathroom, but not to the same standard. Jack & Josh did some snagging work on those as well, even though it was not their work. Having had that recent experience with another firm, it was reassuring to see Jack & Josh working in such an organised and methodical way, if only we'd heard about them sooner!

Jack was really helpful in all stages of getting our bathroom re-done. From helping plan best options with advice on products types, to completing the work. We had a couple of issues along the way (our fault / supplies fault, not his) which he was able to work with and adapt to no problem. The finished bathroom looks amazing and so much better than before. Definitely recommend.

Jack has done a fantastic job on fitting our new Bathroom, he was more than happy to discuss our options and gave us some great advice about the Bathroom layout and on which products we should consider buying. Would be more than happy to recommend Jack to anyone who needs a new Bathroom fitting, can't thank him enough for the finished result.

Jack and Tom did an amazing job on our attic en suite, finished to a really high quality in a very awkward and small space. The service and communication was excellent from the word go, and they were able to work flexibly around our delivery times/delays. I???d highly recommend them and wouldn???t hesitate to use their services again.
