Kenny carried out a boiler service and investigated the underfloor heating system, which had never worked properly and been boxed in for several years. He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. During the boiler service he identified and removed debris that suggested previous servicing may not have been as thorough as it should have been. What I particularly appreciated was that he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was tidy, respectful of the property and left the room as he found it. Excellent service and I would happily recommend York Heating Services.

Kenny was recommended to me by work colleague. Punctual, friendly and professional. Performed full service and while doing it spotted issue which got resolved as well. Boiler works like a charm, again. I was with him all the time (during service) and he patiently explained everything and every question, I had. Paperwork got printed onsite and also received electronic version. Entire experience was very positive and definitely I will book service for next year. Bart

They were helpful, friendly and professional. Arrived on time, completed the job and took the time to explain how everything worked. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I recently booked a Gas Safe test and had to change the dates several times due to unexpected circumstances. Despite this, Ken was incredibly understanding and flexible throughout the whole process. He adjusted the schedule without any issues and made sure everything still ran smoothly. The test itself was carried out professionally, with clear explanations and attention to detail. I really appreciated the patience and flexibility shown???it made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommended!
