I recently used Simtec??? to install a new boiler in my home in York. Before proceeding, I obtained several competitive quotes, including one from British Gas??? and their finance scheme. I had previously used Simtec to service my old ageing boiler, and they had always provided an excellent and reliable service. Their quotation was highly competitive, and I was keen to support a trusted local company. I???m delighted that I did. The team worked around my very limited availability and handled several challenges professionally throughout the installation. Not only was the road outside my property closed during the work, but the boiler itself was located in an extremely tight space, requiring cupboard and fridge doors to be removed to gain access. Despite these difficulties, the installation was completed very neatly, and the thermostat was fitted successfully despite the associated technical challenges. I could not recommend the entire team at Simtec highly enough. They are an exceptionally professional, reliable, and customer-focused company. Thank you to everyone involved.

Excellent, speedy, efficient and reasonably priced boiler installation by Simtec, who sorted a long standing problem that others had missed. Would totally recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Declan is so prompt, we have used many times for various reasons at the care home. Leaks, boiler fitted, bathrooms etc. Nothing is too difficult. My boiler got written off so I needed a replacement. Simtec were round as soon as they could to have a look. Much cheaper and with less disruption than other quotes proposed. I'm really pleased with the service, really clean and tidy with everything they needed to do (better nick than they found it!). New boiler and flue installed in really good time, and they explained it all really well. Will be using Simtec for my services in future.
