We had a new radiator fitted, and the workmanship was excellent. Adam was polite, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Solid experience all around and would recommend to others. Having booked in with Adam to rip out, rectify and first fix a leaking ensuite, I would recommend Pura for responsiveness, quality of work, and attention to detail. Adam oversaw that the work was carried out as agreed and Andy, who carried out the majority, was genuinely a pleasure to have around and managed to turn a lot around by himself in good time. Other elements of the work were also solid and positive - plastering was very good quality (and thanks to John Atkin for his work here) and all waste was collected from the front garden without any hiccups. If I were to boil down our positive experience beyond the end result, I think it's the personable style of Adam and his team that made everything from quoting through to the job itself run so smoothly, with good humour along the way.

I would highly recommend Pura Plumbing and Heating. Adam came out on his day off when my boiler flooded and tripped the electrics during subzero temperatures. He was honest and clear with his recommendations and once I accepted his quote, he arranged for someone to come out the next day to fit a new boiler (a huge relief because I was without heating and hot water for a few days). The team fitted a new boiler and flushed all the pipes at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, prompt response and good value - I???ll definitely use them again!

Had horrendous leaks from on en-suite shower room plus other plumbing issues that were dripping through the lounge ceiling and electrics. Adam responded very quickly and sent two lads round, Andy and apprentice, Harry. New shower installed. Bathroom taps and en-suite toilet cistern replaced. All work carried out to a very high standard. Clean and efficient by a professional team. Would highly recommend.

We would happily recommend Adam and Pura. He was one of only 2 plumbers out of 15 contacted who turned up to quote and quoted for our full bathroom make over. Having accepted the quote he revisited to confirm what we wanted and to make some added suggestions to improve the outcome being straight with us on what he couldn't do, and advised accurately on how long the job would take. His team were professional clearing up at the end of the day and checked with us at each stage any preferences. They didn't mind our questions and added some final touches we didn't expect. Having a team that did everything except electrics made for a smoother job. We are very pleased with the final outcome which, due to Pura was better than we expected.
