And asked for personal recommendations on FB and Deighton Plumbing came up. Message to Ben was answered quickly, a visit was arranged and a provisional diagnosis carried out from pictures. Great communication on day of visit inc potential delays then job carried out efficiently. Invoice sent via online system allowing immediate payment. In summary couldn???t have asked for any more

Ben , a friendly young man, who responded quickly to our request to service our gas fire and boiler. He serviced our gas fire last year and we were impressed, so this year asked him to service our boiler too. Liked that he informed us that he may be a few minutes late, and that although we had it in our diary, he sent us an email reminding us, of the service was due..no problem setting a date. Everything left clean and tidy. Sorry Ben I haven't mastered adding photos yet.

When Ben sorted another leak in our old boiler we discussed it with Ben and agreed that it was time for a replacement. Ben took charge of ordering the boiler, and did a brilliant job of fitting the new boiler with the minimum fuss and disruption. All done within the day and he even organised for the old boiler to be removed. Overall we are delighted with the new boiler and the excellent service provided by Ben.

Having previously struggled to find trusted trades people what a pleasure to find Ben. He was recommended via Facebook and quickly gave me a quote to replace my electric shower. He carried out the work promptly. As a bonus what a lovely young man.
