Great service, excellent communication and very friendly and reliable staff. We???ve used GW for a few jobs now, bathroom extension & renovation, boiler moving to loft & new boiler fitted, new radiators and outside drainage. Graham, Danny and team have always been reliable, trustworthy, keep the house tidy and deliver a brilliant job.

Brilliant service and work done by GW Plumbing. We have used them on three plumbing jobs around our house from dealing emergency leaks to fitting out our downstairs toilet and sink. All work was done professionally and quickly. Can't recommend more highly.

I used GW Plumbing fairly recently for a boiler repair after a burst pipe on our street, lost water pressure in the boiler once the burst pipe was fixed, we had no heating or hot water, I phoned GW plumbing very late at night, and Danny came round the next day, the problem was resolved and was down to a broken pressure gauge, Danny also serviced our boiler while he was assessing the issue/fault finding. Ordered a new gauge and came back with Luke and fixed the new part. We would have been lost without the rapid respond of GW Plumbing, great team of people, very friendly and trustworthy, keeping me updated throughout the resolve. Could not highly recommend GW Plumbing enough, very thorough and professional. Thank you, the only company I will use now!

We asked GW Plumbing to give us the best bathroom in the world, we went away on holiday and returned to this!! WOW talk about exceed our expectations!! We absolutely love it!!! The boys had so many things to contend with in our rather wonky Victorian terrace but they absolutely smashed it, with regular communication that made this whole renovation stress free. Could not recommend these boys highly enough!! Thank you GW Plumbing for what is truly the best bathroom in the world.

It took GW Plumbing approximately eight months to nearly complete the renovation of five rooms in our terraced house in Harrogate, one of which involved significant structural work. We say ???nearly??? because after a further three months of snagging, we decided to stop using them and appoint another company to complete the remaining work. During the project, we raised concerns about the pace of progress, particularly when compared with other projects being shared on their social media at the time. The final cost was significantly higher than the initial quote. This increase was not clearly communicated to us until the final invoice was presented, which meant we had limited opportunity to review or question the changes in advance. In our experience, project management and communication were inconsistent. There were occasions where subcontractors did not attend as expected, and we often needed to follow up to arrange site visits and discuss ongoing work. At times, we felt we needed to raise issues ourselves in order for them to be addressed. We experienced several issues requiring remedial work, including a shower that was not correctly connected to the waste pipe, a leaking radiator, and skirting boards that came away from the wall. These were eventually resolved, although not as quickly as we would have hoped???for example, we were without a working shower over the Christmas period. On more than one occasion, we found the property had been left unsecured (for example, windows left open). We also later became aware that keys we had provided had been left outside, which we had not been informed of and would not have expected. Based on our experience, we decided to appoint an alternative company to complete the remainder of the project. Others may wish to take our experience into account when making their own decision.
