Our bathtub had been draining slowly for months, and the usual DIY tricks didn???t help. I finally called a plumber, thinking it was just a simple clog. Instead, he found that the original slope of the drain pipe wasn???t pitched properly, causing buildup and poor flow over time. He took the time to show me how the water was pooling, then reworked the piping to get the slope just right. After the repair, not only did the tub drain like new, but the water stopped backing up into the bathroom sink. He didn???t just fix the symptom he fixed the cause.

10/10 - I called this company late this evening after having called numerous other companies who came up before on google, none of which answered. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who helped me resolve my issue with my boiler over the phone, he gave me all the advice I needed and didn???t even charge me. Really nice interaction with this company

Inspection, testing and repairs to my boiler carried out to an extremely high standard. Will use Lincoln Services again, and would recommend to my family and friends without hesitation.

After a leak appeared on Sunday in the kitchen, I phoned them first thing on a Monday morning. They quickly phoned back and arranged to come and look later that morning. Their plumber phoned later to say he would be there in 20 minutes.He found where the leak was, which required a bit of investigating and taking up floorboards, and then was able to repair the leak. He explained what he found and what the work carried out was.

Called for an emergency leak on outside stop tap, was told 1 hour. Phoned the Lincoln number as I'm in Lincoln Then had a call from Nottingham was told 2 hours, some 5 hours later no plumber, then plumber called and was told he was 45 minutes away. Now dark and unable to switch off the mains in the street so told him it's too late, now trying to charge me call out for him not turning up. I'm in Lincoln its was an emergency and they give the job to someone in Doncaster. Terrible service, no update call. Do not use
