I was recommended Ian through another tradesman and so glad I followed it up. Ian is an old school plumber who delivers a great job with knobs on. He has an eye for detail that???s greatly appreciated, always turns up on time and just gets on with the work needed. Had him out to 2 jobs now and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Top bloke.

We recently bought a new house and requested Ian come out to service the boiler. He had installed my brother's new boiler and so we contacted him based on this recommendation. Unfortunately he informed us it was condemned and urgently needed repair or replacement. He explained our options and what each one would entail. We opted to have a full new installation of a combi boiler which Ian was able to do within a couple of weeks prior to us moving in. Within a day the full boiler installation was done. The job was completed to a high standard at a reasonable price, and we are very happy with our new heating system! We would fully recommend IO Plumbing and Heating. Thank you very much!

I have used Ian for a number of years. He services my boiler every year, and is always on hand for advice. Just like this morning, when he got my hot water and heating flowing again. Great value and good service. Would recommend for new boiler, annual service and breakdowns.

Ian is one of my neighbours, we had a little neighbourly disagreement about a hedge. However, when I moved in I said I may need his services to replace my boiler, obviously having had the issue with the hedge since then I was concerned that may have tarnished our relationship with us being amicable. However, Ian said he was happy to quote for the work, so I gave him the opportunity. He came in with a very competitive quote! So, I gave him the go ahead, he completed the work for me 3 days ago. Both Ian and his colleague were extremely professional, there was no hostility at all. The quality of the work was extremely good. Key points for me were Professionalism, Quality of work, Time keeping, and, Keen Pricing. I would not hesitate to use his services again, thanks again Ian and your college.

Ian was so prompt and helpful. He fitted my new boiler in a few days. He was friendly and courteous. He fitted the boiler and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Ian to anyone who wants a professional job done. Will certainly be using Ian again.
