I recently had my boiler serviced by Heatlinc, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Josh arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was meticulous in his work, ensuring that every aspect of the boiler was checked and serviced thoroughly. The quality of service was top-notch. But there was comprehensive inspection, but he also provided valuable maintenance tips to keep the boiler running efficiently. He left the area clean and tidy, showing great respect for my home. The customer service team was equally impressive. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they were very accommodating to my availability. They also followed up after the service to ensure everything was working perfectly and that I was satisfied with the service. Overall, Heatlinc exceeded my expectations in every way. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer care have earned them my highest recommendation. I will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to friends and family. Five stars well deserved!

New top rated gas boiler fitted in two days. Very happy with workmanship and professionalism doing this job. All guarantee forms completed for us and detailed explanation of the advantages of our new boiler and demonstration of controls. Work first class and left area very clean and tidy and rubbish taken away. Would thoroughly recommend Josh and team.
