We changed our shower room to lower the level of the shower tray and we are very pleased with the result. We found David Norman at Turnbull most helpful. This is the change from 2011 to 2025.

We have recently bought a kitchen from Lincoln Turnbulls. Jasmine came out and measured our kitchen and really listened to what we wanted. She designed a beautiful kitchen with everything we said we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Jasmine and she had the patience of saint as we tweaked things, even dropping samples at our door to help us confirm our colour choices. There was a couple of little problems when it was delivered eg a scratch on a cupboard but these were rectified within 48 hours. I was very impressed with turnbulls, especially Jasmine and would highly recommend them.

Incompetence & shockingly poor customer service Never again. This refers to the branch at Lincoln. We worked well initially with the bathroom designer Dave. However, it soon became clear that the manager at this depot could not give a damn about customers. We spent a fairly large amount on fittings for a shower room, a bathroom and 3 toilets. However, these items were ordered on account from our installer, who diligently checked off items upon delivery at each stage. It wasn't until we came to fit the bathroom panels that the incorrect ones were issued. And then on 2 further occasions Turnbulls sent the exact same incorrect panels. Obviously have issues with their suppliers and we're in Jo rush correcting their mistake. This meant that not only was the installer delayed for completion of our project but we had 3 lots of toilet fittings sitting in our living room for 3 additional weeks. No apology from the branch manager (Olivia) who was too busy to address the issues. I still haven't received an apology for any of this. I complained to their CEO who did take the time to respond initially but since then I learned that our installer received an apology - not us as the customer, who paid for all this. I would never consider using this company again on the basis of this awful experience. The branch manager couldn't care less now they've had our money. I was looking at their kitchens but based upon this awful demonstration of incompetence with suppliers and total lack of customer service I'd certainly advise you to steer clear of the Lincoln branch. Awful.

Having tried all the other merchants in Lincoln. I can honestly say this is one of the best, Helpful staff, fixed prices and great stock availability including boiler spares and parts, highly recommend turnbull for anything Plumbing or Heating related. Chris, Guy, Jack, Russel, Aaron and Rob can sort any problem with their extensive knowledge of the industry. If they can't sort it, nobody can.

We went into Turnbulls to have a look for a new kitchen, we were met by a lovely lady named Jasmine, who asked if we needed help. After looking around the showroom, we found a kitchen that suited our needs. We sat down with Jasmine, and handed her the measurements for the room, and asked her to design a kitchen for us. Jasmine did a fantastic job including all the features of a modern kitchen fitting neatly into our small 2 bedroom bungalow, she even came to our home to check measurements were correct, and to have a better idea where we wanted all the appliances. I would recommend anyone wanting a new kitchen try Turnbulls.
