Great experience with Wolseley Plumb & Parts, after recently changing my dog grooming bath and realising the water pipes no longer matched the tap pipes I went to Wolseley armed with photos of what the issue was. After showing the pictures and a brief explanation Eddy helped me out with what parts I'd need to purchase and how to fit them, he was really friendly and not only helped me get the right parts to make the job easy but also how to do it in the most affordable way. Thanks for your help Eddy!

Came in for advice about a replacement toilet flushing mechanism. Met Paul on front desk who was helpful, cheerful, and offered advice in clear communication. He was very friendly and his customer service skills were excellent. Discussed with me exactly what I required. Helped me with everything I needed and I got the job done with his help (and some from YouTube) despite never having done the job myself. A GBP30 item (and 30 minutes work) saved me GBP200 as quoted by a local plumber. Well done guys!

Called in here recently to buy a replacement Center thermostat as my partner had dropped ours and broken it????. Staff very helpful and a very reasonable price. Also bought a set of valves for a radiator. In the event, we didn???t need them and I took them back yesterday and got a refund, no problem at all. Would use this company again.

Do not use this outlet!!! I repeat DO NOT USE!! Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars in this review.. this would be a definite big 0!! My toilet recently developed a problem. It was constantly leaking through the flush outlet and required a replacement flush syphon. A relatively easy fix, take the old unit out and head to this outlet to see if they had an adequate replacement. Fit new part, job done. I took the old part with me. I showed the sales man the faulty part and they said they didn???t have that particular item but they were all a standard fitting anyway and sold me a completely different syphon. Assured by his supposed expertise I took the new part home to find that it didn???t fit.. upon taking the item back for a refund I was REFUSED! on the excuse I had opened the packaging and taken the new part out and therefore couldn???t get my money back! How was I supposed to see if it fitted if I hadn???t taken it out? I thought these trades operated a sale or return policy? Very poor service and I employ anyone not to use these traders. I for one am a lost customer for any future purchases!!

Absolutely fantastic, had a problem getting spares for a mixer tap, guy could not have been more helpful and time to sort it out. Thank You very much.
