   Called SJ Howard after having 2 previous firms that were absolutely useless. I asked Simon if he could restore my faith in plumbers. He certainly has done in an abundance. He came to view my property as I requested a quote for exchanging my boiler. He provided a quote and we agreed a date. Declan was the engineer who arrived. He was incredibly professional despite his young age . He worked with a great deal of care and consideration. Asking me if it was ok to do this or that . Can't recommend them highly enough. I know who to call in future. An incredibly happy customer. Thank You SJ Howard & especially Declan.

   I've used SJHoward for years and would always recommend. Latest project was to refit a loft shower room in a small, awkward space and they were great at listening to what I wanted and problem-solving to make it work. George seems to be able to turn his hand to anything and did a lovely job of joinery, plastering and fitting. Everything was tidily and efficiently done and fuss-free, it looks great, thank you!

   My Viessman Engineer recommended this company as considered my CH system needed ???flushing??? through as pollution in my exchange plate despite combi boiler only being 4 years old. Simon called today - he should have called yesterday but there was a problem - and bought a bunch of flowers to apologise so all good. On examination of the boiler decided the system did not warrant the flush through and recommended another cheaper option. He also looked at altering my wet room shower. So, just waiting for an acceptable price from him. Will give an update after receiving price and, hopefully, work carried out. UPDATE: wet room shower installed and overhead shower removed. Tricky job as very limited space in loft plus full of insulation. Simon, the boss, ended up doing it as his employee was not at all keen, squeezing into the limited space. That???s why Simon is the organ grinder and the other the monkey???? Brilliant, neat tidy job at a very competitive price. Now wanting 2 AC units installed. Would prefer SJ Howard to do as I trust their work. Just waiting for a price.

   Brilliant! All our changing needs were catered for. A complete bathroom remodel and boiler move completed without any fuss. Professional and clean/tidy throughout. George complete the crux of the work and we couldn???t speak highly enough of his work rate. Declan was here for the first week and worked his socks off.    I???ve just moved to Lincoln and feel extra lucky to have contacted Simon to replace my full central heating system, reroute pipes, and install a new bathroom.He responded quickly to discuss the best way of rerouting and concealing piping. He even worked with me to get curved radiators into the bay windows ???? Simon has a great team with George and Declan and they all worked well together liaising with me on the position of piping. Simon has shown absolute flexibility with all aspects of the work, including removing and replacing the radiators to allow for plastering and decorating. He even introduced me to Gary the joiner who has also been fantastic to work with. He responds to communications quickly and positively. Special mention to George who completed the renovation of my wreck of a bathroom. Absolute perfectionist and his skills seem to have no end! I know the many issues he faced throughout the work and am in complete awe of him and the diligence he displayed getting everything spot on. I will always be grateful to George for his ideas in making my bathroom perfect for me ???? I really couldn???t be happier with all the work completed and look forward to moving in and getting the benefit! I???m not sure Simon would recommend me as a customer, but I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone wanting any plumbing and look forward to them looking after my boiler for many years???? Thankyou Simon, George and Declan for all your hard work: and well done Declan for completing your apprenticeship ????
