Fantastic service! I was sigposted here from Sota who were renovating my kitchen. I bought 4 radiators which they kindly delivered to my house, sadly I had measured them up wrong and they replaced them without a fuss. Fabulous team here and always helpful. I can highly recommend these tradesmen!

Fantastic service here, wether it???s quality of materials or the staff that work there. Always helpful and get the materials that you want and need on time. Brilliant service all round. Always use this place and are a repeat customer due to the service and competitive prices.

I was in desperate need of a new bathroom suite so went in the shop and spoke with two lovely men, I think their names were Shaun and Tom! They couldn???t be more helpful! The shop was extremely clean and I felt really safe considering the current situation with covid. I asked if delivery was available and was told absolutely! They made my experience really easy and helped me pick what I could afford on my budget. The bath I chose needed to be delivered but was told this could take up to 5 days which I was very happy with. 4 days later a lovely young man showed up and carried my bath inside to where it needed to be. His name was Callum and the service was excellent! He was such a gentleman and wore a face mask so that I felt safe at all times. I could not fault the service and quality of goods! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I started using Pochin a few months ago, I am really happy with the service I get from the employees at the Lincoln Store. They are very professional and have great product knowledge. More importantly nothing is difficult to sort out for you.

Very well stocked and presented. The guys where very helpful and knowledgeable and solved a issue other merchants in the area couldn't. Will be pack for my plumbing needs in the future.
