I was having problems with my oil boiler for several weeks. It got to a point where it wasn't working at all. I called Mark who responded very quickly. He was only on site for about 30 mins and he had the issue sorted. The boiler is now working like new. Many thanks Mark.

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he???d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he???d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he???d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I???d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.

Mark has done a number of plumbing repairs for me over the last few weeks. Very pleased with his high standard of work and the friendly and professional way he goes about it. Mark comes across as a genuine, conscientious and honest tradesman. Arrived on time and cleans up after the jobs done. So glad I found him, will definitely use him when I need a plumber in the future. His rates are very good and a fair price. I would definitely recommend Mark, you won???t be disappointed!

We have used Mark for a number of years now. He is the ONLY heating engineer that has enabled our heating system to work efficiently. During a recent building project, that we undertook, Marks advice was greatly received and taken fully onboard. He is never rude, late, abusive or unprofessional. I would highly recommend Mark.
