Moving into a new property and sorting out a new boiler was incredibly stressful, but Mark made the whole experience so much easier. From the very beginning, he provided a fantastic quote and was professional, honest, and reliable throughout. He arrived exactly when promised, completed the installation to a very high standard, carried out all the necessary checks, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including all of our options. A big thank you to Ben as well, who did a fantastic job during the installation. The workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service from both of them were outstanding. 100% recommend Mark was very professional and friendly and the work was carried out very quickly he was also very flexible and came and disconnected some pipes ready for the electrical rewire we was having before the work he was scheduled to start. The pricing was very reasonable we had a full boiler installation and new radiators, as well as other smaller jobs around the house completed. He also advised my husband on some plumbing he was doing in the kitchen which was very helpful and kind of him to do and sent us links to the things we needed to buy to complete our kitchen plumbing which was not a job we had asked him to do.

Mark was fantastic from start to finish. He replaced my elderly parents' boiler and was so kind and flexible to their needs. He kept me updated all the way, patiently explained everything to them, and was clean, efficient and competitively priced. We will DEFINITELY use him again. Great service.

Tradesmen often get a bit of a harsh reputation, but every now and then you come across a truly great one! Mark was finishing up with my neighbour, so I asked if I could book him in to look at a leaking pipe in our kitchen ceiling. Instead, he kindly offered to pop in straight away???and managed to fix the issue on the spot. I offered to pay for his work, but he refused! We???ve now booked him to service our boiler and he???ll be our go-to from here on out. Cheers, Mark 10/10
