I had a complete bathroom refurbishment. Fantastic work from Jody, Rick, Arden and all the team. From the start of the process to the completion of my fabulous bathroom nothing was too much for them. It was a real pleasure to have such a nice team working here. One of the things I really wanted was a proper seat/bench(similar to a spa) to be fitted in the shower. No problem was Jody's response. I am amazed how it has made so much of a difference for me. Great work ethic, respectful of my property, keeping the work environment clean and tidy during and at the end of each day, excellent time keeping, daily communication, trustworthy. I knew ever step of the way what was happening. I would definitely recommend this company and worth the 5*rating.

Jody and his team recently renovated an old bathroom for us and the work was outstanding better than we could of imagined we are so grateful and would definitely recommend them and be using them again

This is a bit late but after we had contacted several national disability bathroom fitters we had got a quote for ??10000 I don???t pay VAT due to disability ,to put in a walk in shower with seat and grab rail ( in place of the bath) Then my daughter recommended Jodie of J &D Betts Plumbing Services as she had used him in her bathrooms and was very happy with the results. So I phoned him and he popped round a couple of days later. He dropped in a quote a few days later for a little under ??4000 to do the same We agreed at once for him to do the job and he ordered the parts. He arranged to come round and fit it telling me it would take three days They turned up and firstly put down a cover down to protect my stair carpet. They took the three days and they took all the rubbish with them every night. They left me with a working toilet and sink with a clear floor We are over the moon with the results. It looks amazing and will make the world of difference to me as I can now shower again

Jody, Ric and team did a fantastic job of our bathroom. We had loads of choice - suite, cabinets tiles etc and they completed to a really high standard and quickly. Really organised in the way they work - we knew who was coming each day and what for (plaster tiler etc) and we weren???t waiting days between different tradespeople which we???ve experienced in the past. Minimum disruption and cleared up every evening - tbh don???t think our landing has ever looked cleaner!! Friendly reliable team who turn up exactly when they say. Highly recommend.

We recently had our bathroom remodelled by J & D Betts Plumbing Services. Extremely professional service throughout. Jody always kept us updated and informed throughout the process. The work carried out by Jody, Rick and his team was exemplary. We would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Jody visited on numerous occasions to discuss our designs prior to undertaking the job. All waste was removed from site and the house cleaned every night, we really cant fault their professionalism. Thank you once again.
