Was struggling to work out how to connect some old and new tap fittings. Friendly staff who could not have been more helpful - took the time to walk through options, and didn't patronise where I had gaps in my knowledge. (Open to public as well as trade)

I purchased a radiator and got free valves from screwfix, I needed specialist help and went next door to James Hargreaves. John Lund, is extremely knowledgeable professional and even though I had not purchased the items from them, John went out of his way to help me, showing me how the valve worked, informing me how to fit the items and supplied the specialised extra parts I needed to complete the job, I can highly recommend James Hargreaves for great products and extremely helpful Staff. Thank you very much for your assistance today. Kind Regards, John Hughes, Retired: Technical Illustrator / Corporate Graphic Designer.
