The boiler repair was completed professionally. Expert, courteous, and straightforward, the engineer explained everything. Heating was restored promptly after the repair. Incredibly recommended.

Took payment before booking me in for an out of hours call, then rang after an hour to say they couldn't come. They said they'd give a refund but it's not arrived yet. Funny how they can take payment instantly but not refund instantly isn't it?

Brilliant work on short notice. We needed an emergency plumber for one of our properties in Lancashire called these guys and found a issue on a radiator in the bathroom. Replaced for additional charge and left all in a working order.
