Our boiler was leaking intermittently. We called Steven out to repair it. When he arrived, it wasn't leaking. He looked in it, said he couldn't tell where it was leaking from and advised us to pay ??400 for an boiler insurance policy to get it fixed next time it was leaking. For this advice and for all of the 20 minutes he spent with us, he charged ??72. We followed his advice about the insurance policy, but found we couldn't get our boiler insured, as it was 17 years old. Which Steven hadn't bothered to determine. We then called out another plumber the next day. When he came, the boiler wasn't leaking again, but the new plumber could tell where it had been leaking from due to calcium deposits. He then fixed it for ??120, including materials, and it hasn't leaked since. We won't be calling Steven again.

First time I have used Steve and he came to service 2 boilers and a cooker in my hotel. He did a proper service and changed a few parts. Previous engineers I have used must not have been doing their job properly. Would 100% be using Steve only from now on. The price was also very good, thank you so much.

Steven is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his work, he today has saved me thousands by diagnosing a problematic viessmann boiler. I managed to get the part the same day and he came back immediately to repair it. What a good guy!

5 Star service and 5 star guy. Steve's wife is lovely and helpful too. Steve came out of his way to do some work for me and didn't even get a brew as I had no milk !! It was really freezing in my property and the jobs took longer (not his fault) He did an excellent job and was really patient with me - explaining what needed doing along the way. He was friendly and very reasonably priced compared to other quote I had. I will definitely use him again and will make sure I have a hot brew ready next time. Thank you Steve :-)

Brilliant service from Steve, called up with a broken boiler and he was around the following day and had it fixed by lunchtime. Lovely fella who was happy to answer any question I had, what more could you want?! Top marks 10/10
