Reviews

This review wasn't following work being completed but more around communication/quoting. I have used Anthony in the past. He knows his stuff, he is a time served plumber, no question. However, I asked for a quote for some work, having done a significant amount of work myself running pipes and connections. I felt the quote was a bit high so I asked ( yes politely asked) Anthony if he could come down any given things are very tight on an unexpected renovation. His messages appeared to intend to try and make me feel silly for asking for a reduction. I believed 2 men could do the work in 3 hours and asked if he could have come down a bit. Any way, got another time served plumber, he did the work ( and a few bits and bobs more), in 6 hours for ??250.00 cheaper. He did work hard, he was paid well, including a tip. Anthony will do a good job. But negotiating prices seems alien to him, if not offensive. The disagreement was perhaps subjective, but the responses seemed off, and the work done another plumber validated my original position.

Fantastic company, efficient and cost effective installation by the team. Great local tradesman.

We have had a brand new bathroom fitted by Antony and his team, and we are overjoyed with the end result. Antony helped us make decisions, answered all of our questions, and reassured us that, if we want it, he can make it happen. The bathroom was fitted by Adam, who was extremely professional, excellent at communicating with us throughout the project, and simply outstanding at his job. The quality of the work, the attention to detail and the finishing touches were all second to none. We have ended up with a perfect bathroom for us that, in fact, looks even better than we had ever thought it would. Thank you so much!

Antony and his team replaced our shower door and seals and replaced bathroom flooring. They were very neat and tidy ensuring all carpets were protected. The work they did was excellent and they took time to explain everything and time periods involved. They were recommended to us by friends. Also our family has used Antony and his team to install a first class bathroom and they have been extremely happy with the results. Would highly recommend T Jackson Plumbing. Thanks guys.

Anthony and his team did a really good job of installing our brand new bathroom. Great communication before they came, very COVID safe during, the job has been finished brilliantly and they also made sure to tidy up really properly at the end of each day. Thank you
